The restaurant was excellant with breakfast and diners, we ordered excellent dishes. The bed was extremely comfy and a safe, multi-channel television and coffee/tea making machines where a bonus. Its wonderful, very central location was a plus. A cool bonus was nearby Krem Gelateria & Cafe, that offered tea and coffee.

The hotel is impeccably clean with friendly and professional staff. the room was a nice size and brand-new, complete with a bath, TV, and amazing bathroom.

Poor wifi connection in public areas and none in rooms, rooms quite noisy from other residents and street due to thin doors and old fashioned sash windows, bathroom could have been cleaner upon arrival

I got upgraded to a double room with jacuzzi tub so I couldn't complain really! Friendly staff and excellent food in the restaurant.

It was extremely hot and stuffy in the rooms. It felt like the heat was on full blast but the radiators were cold so I'm assuming the room (233) was above the kitchen or near a plant room.

The stay was absolutely very enjoyable! Newly decorated hotel, I enjoyed its central location just next door to the town centre, pubs, and historical sites and good walks. The staff was very efficient, extremely helpful, and responded promptly to requests.

Staff were friendly and helpfull. It was clean and very close to town which suited us as my husband is very bad with arthritis he cant walk long distances.my brother and wife joined us for 2 days they loved it.

Location: Short drive to Connemara, only an hours drive to Knock airport, plenty of good bars and restaraunts. Hotel: Spacious clean rooms, friendly well trained staff, excellent breakfast.

the location of the property was comfortable and easy, within walking distance of theater. It was right by the center of town, both general areas and bedrooms, and the main streets. 3. the breakfast had a great selection, and the food was tasty.

Fantastic location at a great rate

We have stayed there a few times before and love it, for the first time we decided to have an evening meal there. We were severly disappointed - the food was well below the standard that they provide for breakfast. We would not have an evening meal there again
